Partners
Most of the unique pictures, videos, and exhibited objects come
from the 78 Max Planck Institutes. In addition, research partners
like CERN, the world’s largest laboratory for particle physics,
the European Space Agency ESA, the European Southern Observatory
ESO and the Fraunhofer Society have loaned the Science Tunnel valuable
exhibits. These all provide a glimpse behind the scenes of leading-edge
science. Thanks to interactive video stations in each area, research
highlights can be taken in through all the senses.
All the exhibits are presented for the first time outside Europe,
and a few are even giving their public debut.
